Dr. Rose Adams
Clinical Director, Mentor, Enrichment Program Instructor, Occupational Therapist
Dr. Rose is an occupational therapy practitioner with over 18 years working with the pediatric population. She manages the general operations of the practice and provides therapeutic support services for young children and their families. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and twin boys, Joseph and David. Dr. Rose hopes that you can experience the Changing Lives difference!
Nina Forde
Consulting Clinician, Occupational Therapist
As a senior occupational therapist who is highly skilled in pediatrics, Nina brings her experience in evaluations, treatment, and passion for the job of helping families put the pieces together. Nina specializes in early intervention, sensory integrative therapy, and handwriting skills. We are pleased to have Nina join our team of consulting clinicians.
Junelande Coutard
Consulting Clinician, Occupational Therapist
Junelande (June) is a dedicated and experienced senior occupational therapist with a primary focus in pediatrics. She is passionate about supporting her students and their families. June specializes in sensory integrative therapy and supporting students with Autism. We are so happy to have June join our team of consulting clinicians.
Michelle Barnes
Consulting Clinician, Enrichment Program Instructor, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Michelle is a pediatric occupational therapy assistant that is passionate and compassionate about working with children of diverse backgrounds. Michelle is dedicated to helping children maximize their skills for optimal functioning at home, in school and in the community. She works as a pediatric occupational therapy practitioner in school based settings. Michelle lives in the beautiful Hudson Valley, she is a mom of 3 daughters and enjoys yoga, meditation, reading and cooking. We are excited to have Michelle join our team of instructors!
Julia Lee
Intern, Summer Enrichment Programs
Julia recently graduated from Mercy College with her bachelor’s in health science Pre-Occupational Therapy. She will be entering the master’s program there in the fall. She has worked with children and adults of all ages with disabilities and is excited to be participating in our summer enrichment programs. We are excited to have Julia learn and grow with us!
