Changing Lives OT aims to provide compassionate, client and family-centered therapy, evaluation, and therapeutic support services that empowers children and their families so that they succeed in the areas that are important to them. Our goal is to help you feel supported along the way. We take special care and attention in what matters most to YOU and we strive to help you get there!

Payment for Services

Changing Lives OT is a private agency. We accept fee-for-service payment for therapeutic support services such as consultations, evaluations, parent classes, and enrichment programs. We are an approved provider of preschool special education services through the committee on preschool special education (CPSE) in Dutchess and Ulster County.
