Dr. Rose Adams (Dr. Rose)

Executive Director, Mentor, Enrichment Program & Parent Session Instructor

Occupational Therapist 

Dr. Rose is an occupational therapy practitioner with nearly two decades experience working with the pediatric population. She manages the general operations of the practice and provides therapeutic support services for young children and their families. Dr. Rose is an academic mentor for Boston University’s online Post-professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate program, continuing education instructor with Aspire OT, and contributing author with Exceptional Needs Today Magazine. When she is not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and twin boys Joseph and David. Dr. Rose hopes that you can experience the Changing Lives difference!

Michelle Barnes

Consulting Clinician, Enrichment Program & Summer Camp Instructor

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Michelle is a pediatric occupational therapy assistant that is passionate and compassionate about working with children of diverse backgrounds.  Michelle is dedicated to helping children maximize their skills for optimal functioning at home, in school and in the community.  She works as a pediatric occupational therapy practitioner in school based settings. Michelle lives in the beautiful Hudson Valley, she is a mom of 3 daughters and enjoys yoga, meditation, reading and cooking. We are excited to have Michelle join our team of instructors!

Isabelle Estremera

Consulting Clinician

Occupational Therapist

Isabelle is a 2024 graduate of Sacred Heart University Masters of Occupational Therapy program. Prior to becoming an OT, Isabelle gained experience working with special needs preschoolers. Isabelle is committed to learning through every experience to help broaden her knowledge and understanding of others and herself. Isabelle is passionate about using her creativity to help treat and support her students. Isabelle enjoys being with family, the outdoors, and experiencing other cultures through travel. We are delighted to have Isabelle join our team of consulting clinicians!  

Grace Travis

Volunteer, Summer Camps & Enrichment Programs

Grace is a senior at Roy C Ketcham High School and is interested in pursuing a career in occupational therapy. She loves to work with kids and coaches children ages 5-10 in gymnastics. In her free time, she can be found spending time with friends and family, reading or being active. She is thrilled to be volunteering for Changing Lives OT!

Junelande (June) Coutard

Occupational Therapist

June is a dedicated and experienced senior occupational therapist with a primary focus in pediatrics. She is passionate about supporting her students and their families. June specializes in sensory integrative therapy and supporting students with Autism. We are pleased to have June on our team of consulting clinicians. 

Nina Forde

Virtual Consulting Clinician, Mentor

Occupational Therapist

As a senior occupational therapist who is highly skilled in pediatrics, Nina brings her experience in evaluations, treatment, and passion for the job of helping families put the pieces together. Nina specializes in early intervention, sensory integrative therapy, and handwriting skills. We are pleased to have Nina on our team of consulting clinicians.
